Kempsey Hornets Football Club invites boys and girls from five and up to join and experience an amiable introduction to team sport, beginning to learn to play the most popular team sport in the world, Football!

Aims of the Kempsey Hornets Football Club:

To foster and promote the sport of football in the Kempsey area by creating a SAFE, SKILL BASED PLAYING ENVIRONMENT, where sucess is judged - not by winning - but by having FUN, IMPROVING SKILLS AND PARTICIPATING in a team and a club that is active within the community.

To foster and promote INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT comprising:

The football season in Kempsey commences in March/April each year. Sign up and registration begins early in February. The "Hornets" cater for younger soccer players via the Small Sided Games competition under 6s to 10s. Junior competition for both male and female teams commences at under 11s to under 18s. At senior level both all age men and all age women competitions are available.

Our Club provides an opportunity for families to meet the costs of registration by offering participation in the Annual Rego Raffle. Money raised by each player reduces the cost of his or her registration fees.

The "Hornets" home grounds are located at the Kemp Street Fields West Kempsey. Our club colours are orange shirt with blue trim, orange shorts with blue trim and orange socks with two blue stripes.
