When is Training? All teams train once a week either on a Tuesday or Wednesday. All players should arrive at training early so they are prepared to take the field on time. Training runs for a set time and parents are requested to collect players at the end of training session. Parents should make themselves known to the coach prior to removing their player from training. For the safety of our young players they are not allowed to leave unless accompanied by a parent/guardian. Please see table below to find out when your team training day and time is.

The recent flooding in Kempsey saw the Kemp St Fields go under water.
These photo's of Kemp St were taken at 8 am on Sunday Morning 24th May.
Kempsey Shire Council has closed all sporting fields and parks in the Macleay Valley district until Monday, 1st June. Council will conduct further inspections on Monday to evaluate the safety of the fields.

Would like to recap from the meeting on Tuesday 20 July 2010 re issues that needed follow up at club level etc.
· Larry Budgen the FMNC / NNSWF Community Football Officer is available to help your Club with Grassroots issues such as SSF Club Visits, Coach education, Coaching Licences etc. Please contact the office for further information.
· Venues and times for the Northern Final Series will be released soon. Matches may have to start a little earlier on Friday night to avoid the council curfew.
· The Northern Seniors Comp will follow the Senior Women into the Finals Series.
· 16yrs will be an 8 Team Finals Format.
· SSF 2011 – 11yrs (Boys & Girls) will stay in the SSF Format as directed by the FFA. There will be a separate comp for 11yrs Girls (SSF Format) providing there are enough nominations to do so. Both the Boys and Girls 11yrs SSF will be a competitive competition.
· Assistant Referees are to be scheduled at 12yrs matches when and where available. To be allocated by the FMNC Referees.
· Clubs to go back and ask current 12yrs players if they wish to play in the 13yrs 2011 comp on a Saturday morning or Friday night.
· Zone Championships to be held if practical and subject to available rostering time within the current competition. Southern Comp is having difficulty with wet weather catch up matches.
· If you are holding your end of year presentations away from your field and thinking of having events that are not clearly described as being covered by insurance please let me know so I can find out if they are covered by insurance.
· No match deferments over the finals series for any circumstances.
· Working with Children legislation has changed. Please see our website (Documents Section) for further information. Please note that next year the Student / Volunteer Declaration is to be used instead of the old and outdated Prohibited Employment Dec.
· Registration Days for 2011 will be the first 2 Saturday’s in February. The season starting on the 1 and 2 April 2011. Calender to follow in the near future.
· A great discussion re Senior Football. Can we explore the concept of 35yrs Football Comp for 2011? Clubs would need to heavily promote the idea. It has not worked in the past couple of years and we have received no nominations for such a comp.
· Sat Aug 7 (Saturday matches only) is a spare round. All washed out matches including SSF and Seniors from Saturday 5 June to be played on Sat 7 Aug 2011
